To fill a void for content hungry publications and create assets for brand use, we teamed up with our creative department to create editorial assets that were on-trend, met seasonal editorial calendar needs and matched what our digital & consumer research indicated: the comfort food and nostalgia trends that were at the height during the pandemic continue to be strong components of consumer decision factors.

Our team built organic brand awareness leading up to key selling seasons and major product releases in order to prime the market and make their choice obvious: It’s always time to Indulge in Niagara Chocolates.

SUMMER OF YUM

While summer isn’t a prime focus for the brand, or the CPG/chocolate category, this “off-season” offered a great opportunity for us to dive deeper into our brand story to build brand loyalty & highlight retail partners for pay off during the critical holiday season.

R\West engaged with 4 influencer partners that specialized in the desserts/entertaining space to create summer entertaining content around National Ice Cream Day (July 16).  With dual focuses on Instagram and TikTok audiences, we amplified influencer content with organic/paid social and digital support along with driving direct traffic to our Store Locator for a holistic consumer experience.

This fully integrated influencer campaign has reached over 9M people, garnered 822K+ engagements, and 16M+ impressions in the span of 3 months.
